It is important to mention that\u00a0Bihar Beej\u00a0Anudan\u00a0Yojana\u00a0is being run by the Bihar Government\u00a0and\u00a0Bihar Seed Corporation Limited (BRBN).\u00a0Under this scheme quality seeds are provided at low cost.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Bihar Beej Anudan Yojana is one of the valuable schemes of the Bihar Government. Under this scheme, farmers can apply online and purchase seeds at a 50 percent discounted price. The important thing to mention is that seed is an\u00a0important\u00a0part of the production for farmers, as the whole farming and production of the crop depend on the quality of seed. If seeds are of good quality, crop production can increase by 20-25 percent.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • Seeds must be used for farming purposes only.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Do not burn the residue after harvesting.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Seeds must be taken after the application, otherwise, you will be deprived of the agriculture department\u2019s plans for the next three years.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • A farmer can purchase the seeds for a maximum 5 acres of land under this scheme.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • The farmer has to give\u00a0Rs. 2\/kg for home delivery of wheat seeds.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • For the home delivery of pulses\/oilseeds, the fee is\u00a0Rs. 5\/kg.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
