Under the scheme, eligible farmer families are provided a benefit of Rs 6,000 per year in three equal instalments of Rs 2,000 each. So far, eligible farmer families have received benefits of more than Rs 2 lakh crore under PM-KISAN,&#8221; a statement issued by the Prime Minister&#8217;s office stated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;22 crore soil health card, over 1,700 varieties of seeds provided to farmers to help increase crop productivity,&#8221; PM Modi said during the event.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Prime Minister also tweeted about this on his Twitter handle late on Sunday evening.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The government so far has disbursed 11 installments to farmers under the scheme. However, farmers have frequently claimed that the money doesn&#8217;t get to them because of a number of technical issues with online installment transfer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To ensure that the amount reaches them, the farmers have to complete e-KYC formalities. The installments are transferred to Aadhar linked bank accounts of farmers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Prime Minister also introduced the &#8220;Pradhan Mantri Bhartiya Jan Urvarak Pariyojana &#8211; One Nation One Fertilizer&#8221; programme during the ceremony.
